Depending on the relevant law and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a response. These rights can have conditions and exceptions; this notice does not represent that every statute applies to every relationship.
Making a request
Use the Contact page and select Other, identifying the type of privacy request and a way to locate the relevant relationship. An invited investor may also alert the team through a private project conversation. Provide only information reasonably needed to identify the request; do not send passwords, connection keys, or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification and representatives
Reasonable verification of identity, authority, and the records involved may be needed before disclosing or altering private information. An authorized representative may need to show appropriate authority. Requests concerning information controlled by another organization may need to be directed to that organization.
Marketing and analytics choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. A recorded opt-out remains excluded when an address appears in a later import. Use Privacy Preferences for the site's optional analytics choice; this is separate from marketing permission and secure account operation. There is no advertising-profile sale or cross-context advertising feature in the implemented website.
Limits, corrections, and escalation
Some records may be retained for applicable obligations, security, disputes, or protection of rights. A request does not automatically delete another party's lawful records or amend a separate contract. Where applicable law requires an explanation, appeal route, or regulator contact opportunity, those requirements govern. Record corrections should identify the specific information and supporting context.
