DOCUMENT UPLOAD & PROCESSING NOTICE.
What happens to contact spreadsheets and project documents, who can access them, and the limits of upload processing.
LH / 09 / VERSION 2026.10 / PRIVACY & DATAAuthority to submit
Upload only information you are authorized to provide for the stated business purpose. Retain any required permissions and respect third-party rights, contractual restrictions, and confidentiality. Do not submit passwords, private connection keys, complete payment-card data, unnecessary government identifiers, health records, or information about children.
Contact-list imports
CSV, XLS, and XLSX contact files are parsed for column mapping and review; spreadsheet formulas and macros are not executed. The importer chooses mappings, project interests, tags, and whether marketing permission is confirmed. Duplicate and invalid email rows are reported, and existing opt-outs remain excluded. A successful import does not independently authenticate the contacts or verify consent.
Private document access
Project documents are stored in private object storage and downloaded through authorized routes. A team-shared document is available to investors assigned to that project. An investor's own upload is visible to that investor and authorized team members, not other investors merely because they share a project. Access can change when permissions are revoked.
Processing and limitations
The service applies file-size, supported-format, and certain content-signature checks. It does not represent that every file has been malware-scanned, independently validated, professionally reviewed, legally approved, or verified as authentic. Successful storage is not acceptance of a transaction, investment, or document's contents.
Removal, retention, and requests
Removing a document through the portal removes its normal application access; it is not a guarantee of immediate physical erasure from object storage, retained records, or backups. Use the Contact page to request deletion or discuss retention. Applicable preservation duties, disputes, security needs, and separate agreements may affect the response.
