PRIVATE PORTAL ACCESS & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.
Invitation-based participation, role boundaries, account responsibilities, and the limits of investor access.
LH / 04 / VERSION 2026.10 / ACCESS & USEAccess is not investment membership
An invitation permits access to specified workspace features. It does not make you a shareholder, partner, accredited investor, qualified purchaser, member of a legal association, or participant in an offering. Any such status requires its own factual basis and appropriate separate documents.
Invitations and authority
Use an invitation only if it was intended for you. Provide accurate account information and act for an organization only with appropriate authority. Invitations expire and are single-use. Project access may be granted, limited, or withdrawn by the authorized team; it is not a guarantee of an ongoing business relationship.
Credentials and connected tools
Protect passwords, sessions, devices, and personal connection keys. Do not share an account or use someone else's invitation. A personal MCP key gives its holder the permitted read-and-draft access of that user. Only connect trusted clients, and revoke or rotate the key if its confidentiality is in doubt.
Role and project boundaries
Administrators manage corporate operations and access. Authorized staff use internal operational features. Investors see assigned project rooms, shared material, their own submissions, and their private conversations with the team. Do not attempt to discover, copy, or access another investor's private records or bypass a project restriction.
Conduct, suspension, and independent obligations
Use the portal lawfully, respect rights in shared material, and report suspected misuse through the Contact page. Access can be restricted for security, misuse, inaccurate information, or changed business requirements. Invitation-only participation does not create immunity from securities, privacy, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination, or other applicable law. Separate agreements and nonwaivable rights remain effective.
